Aluminized Steel Plates
Apart from having a good corrosion resistance, our flat Steel Plate with aluminum covering can be used at high temperatures without its appearance or composition being altered.
They have an excellent heat repellence exposed to temperatures below 900ºF (482ºC), reflecting up to 80% of radiation heat.
Specifications of Aluminized Steel
Properties
This Steel is covered on both sides with an alloy layer of aluminum-silicon 5% to 11%, its made with a steel substrate on which the aluminum cover is placed through a constant heat immersion process.
Purpose
Principally made for heat and corrosion resistant applications. It has a heat and oxidation resistance above 900º F (482ºC), without discoloration, Resisting temperatures above 1250ºF (677ºC).
Uses
Made for exhaust pipes, motor parts, heat exchangers, paint cabins, car paint drier ovens, electro domestics such as: stoves, driers, heaters, toasters, grills, furniture, baking accessories, tubing, chimneys, etc.
